Mark’s career spans both start-up ventures and established multinationals. As a founding team member of Visy Logistics and employee number one for Kotahi Australia, Mark successfully led these start-ups to become thriving enterprises. His ability to navigate the complexities of building businesses from the ground up is complemented by his experience leading large teams within multinational corporations, where he has consistently driven growth and operational excellence. Mark holds a Master’s in International Business and has recently completed web programming and Blockchain development certifications.

Antone has spent over 20 years in the logistics and supply chain world, building a network of industry contacts. Having worked with major global shipping lines, he’s navigated some of the most complex challenges in the field, always finding ways to streamline processes and deliver results. Known for his hands-on approach, Antone brings a wealth of commercial and management experience, focusing on change management and problem-solving at the highest levels. What really sets Antone apart is his ability to build lasting relationships. Whether it’s clients, partners, or team members, people appreciate his friendly and approachable nature, always finding him easy to work with.

A qualified chartered accountant with over 15+ years of experience in logistics, automotive, FMCG and Big 4 accounting firms, she has a diverse skillset from working for large multinational and listed companies as well as SME businesses that require full end to end management of the finance function. As the Finance Manager, her role involves overseeing the financial management of Pro Kinetics and ensuring all financial operations comply with accounting and tax standards. Sandy specialises in creating a productive, efficient accounting function that drives better decision making, and allows organisations to maximise competitiveness.

With over 15 years of experience in various facets of the logistics industry, Nikole Hubiak brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. As the Customer Experience Manager, she’s at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive top-tier service, underpinned by high operational standards and seamless communication. Her deep understanding of logistics allows her to navigate complex challenges with ease, always aiming to exceed expectations and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
